I am a Chartered Tax Advisor, Head of Tax and in 2015, I was appointed Managing Partner of the Tarporley office.

As Managing Partner, I am responsible for the future growth and overall day-to-day operational management of the Hall Livesey Brown Tarporley office.

My career in tax began in the 1970’s. I have over 45 years’ experience in the field, joining Hall Livesey Brown 30 years ago in 1990. I was invited to be a partner in 1993 and have witnessed this firm progress through the ever-changing business landscape and digital age we are now all working in.

Expert in Personal and Corporate Tax Planning

My area of specialism is tax, in particular tax planning for high net worth individuals and corporate clients. I enjoy the diversity that comes from working with clients with different tax planning issues and helping them to optimise their tax position.

I provide personal tax planning advice such as inheritance tax and retirement tax planning to private clients. For corporate clients. I advise company owners on tax-efficient company reorganisations and demergers, succession planning and exit strategies. I also have significant experience in providing expert help and support to those subject to a HMRC Investigation or Enquiry.
